Организационно-Правовые Меры Противодействия Преступности В Сфере Нелегальной Миграции

Abstract

В статье дана характеристика мер противодействия преступности в сфере нелегальной миграции. В основу исследования, среди множества данный мер, автор заложил организационные и правовые меры, как, по его мнению, основополагающие. В результате проведенного исследования, автор отмечает, что профилактическое воздействие на негативные организационные факторы должно быть ориентировано на укрепление взаимосвязи между субъектами предупреждения, совершенствование их деятельности и контроля за ней, в свою очередь, правовое направление предупреждения преступности в сфере нелегальной миграции должно быть направлено на формирование общегосударственной Программы противодействия нелегальной миграции, а также упорядочения миграционных процессов, разбюрократизирование и упрощения миграционных процедур.
