Abstract

Статья представляет собой комплексное исследование проблем правового регулирования и ответственности за жестокое обращение с животными. Анализируя дефекты действующих в данной области правовых норм, авторы выдвигают предложения о совершенствовании уголовно-правовой и введении административной ответственности за отдельные формы такого поведения
