Abstract

В статье рассматривается умысел, как элемент субъективной стороны преступления, предусмотренного ст. 176 УК РФ. Автор изучает подходы и точки зрения ученых по данному вопросу, изложенные в юридической литературе, с учетом действующего законодательства. В результате проведенного краткого исследования, автор отмечает возможные пути совершенствования данной нормы уголовного закона
