Abstract

В статье рассматриваются организационно-правовые формы некоммерческих юридических лиц с учетом изменений, внесенных в Главу 4 ГК РФ Федеральным Законом от 05.05.2014 №99. Также анализируется правовое регулирование деятельности некоторых саморегулируемых организаций в различных сферах
