Abstract

В статье исследовано государственное устройство Российской Федерации, его основные принципы. Определены причины трансформации демократических органов власти, реализующих волю и интересы большей части населения страны в коррумпированные бюрократические структуры, выражающие интересы малочисленных замкнутых групп, осуществляющих исполнительно распорядительные государственно-властные полномочия. Сформулированы причины возникновения данного социально-правового явления. Обоснована необходимость изменения законодательства с целью приведения его в соответствие духу и букве Конституции РФ. Работа предназначена для студентов, аспирантов и иных лиц, интересующихся проблемами коррупции.
