Abstract

Залогом успеха и процветания экономических субъектов является интеллектуальная деятельность. На этом этапе встает необходимость институционального регулирования данного направления. Вопросами институционализма занимались известные зарубежные ученые, такие как Д. Норт, Р. Коуз. Сегодня регулирование интеллектуальной деятельности является основой устойчивого развития экономических систем, а также гармонизации интересов различных участников социально-экономических процессов.
