Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные аспекты управления процессом привлечения прямых иностранных инвестиций в сферу инноваций в свете развития национальных инновационных систем, даются стратегические рекомендации и предлагаются тактические механизмы по совершенствованию управления процессом привлечения высокотехнологических прямых иностранных инвестиций. Теоретико-методологической основой работы стали труды исследования российских и зарубежных ученных: North, D. C., Andersson T. и Рудь Н.Ю. Проведенное исследование позволило выявить основные проблемы притока прямых иностранных инвестиций в сферу инноваций и определить необходимые условия решения этих проблем.
