Создание Азиатского Банка Инфраструктурных Инвестиций Как Инструмент Совершенствования Инвестиционной Стратегии Развивающихся Стран Атр

Abstract

Статья посвящена комплексному анализу предпосылок создания и перспектив декларируемой кредитной и инвестиционной политики Азиатского банка инфраструктурных инвестиций (АБИИ). На основании сопоставления АБИИ с другими многосторонними банками развития показано, что инициатива КНР по созданию АБИИ является серьезным шагом по практической перестройке международной валютно-финансовой системы в целях повышения роли развивающихся стран в многосторонних институтах развития. Делается вывод о том, что АБИИ может в перспективе использоваться как инструмент расширения экономического и политического влияния Китая на развивающиеся страны АТР.
