Сущность И Содержание Стратегического Потенциала Промышленного Предприятия

Abstract

В статье исследуются подходы к трактовке сущности и содержания такой экономической категории, как стратегический потенциал предприятия. Актуальность этого определена тем обстоятельством, что современные рыночные отношения, характеризующиеся самостоятельностью и полной ответственностью предприятий за последствия своей деятельности, обуславливают объективную необходимость в детерминации будущих тенденций их развития на базе оценки стратегического потенциала. Современное предприятие нуждается в разработке и реализации собственной экономической стратегии, как долгосрочного плана в соответствии с действующим законодательством, регламентирующим правила ведения бизнеса, и с учетом складывающейся рыночной конъюнктуры. Для этого следует располагать информацией об имеющемся стратегическом потенциале предприятия для достижения его поставленных целей и решения тактических задач.
