Abstract

Конкурентные преимущества транснациональных страховых групп основаны на стратегии создания дополнительной стоимости финансовых, материальных и нематериальных активов, связаны с формированием и использованием финансового потенциала крупных операторов развитого рынка и направлены на расширение объема продаж, увеличение прибыли и сегментацию рынка. В результате слияний и поглощений, связанных с взаимным проникновением страхового и банковского капиталов, формируются новые крупные транснациональные страховые компании. Проведение единой финансово-инвестиционной, информационной и маркетинговой политики и использование единого организационно-информационного механизма выработки стратегических решений создают большую устойчивость мега-операторам финансового рынка
