Abstract

Применение теории ограничений является особенно актуальным в Российской Федерации в виду того, что для некоторых наукоемких отраслей отечественной экономики характерна высокая доля устаревшего и неэффективного оборудования. Управленческое планирование, осуществляемое в соответствии с теорией ограничений, позволит повысить эффективность использования оборудования путем поэтапного выявления и устранения наиболее проблемных участков, вместо полного перевооружения, требующего большого объема не всегда имеющихся финансовых средств
