Проблемы России По Формированию Транзитной Транспортной И Финансовой Логистики На Примере Великого Шелкового Пути

Abstract

Великий шелковый путь в средние века соединял Китай со странами Европы, куда поставлялся дефицитный в то время китайский шелк. Этот путь транзитом пролегал через несколько стран, включая Россию, и был достаточно выгоден для поставщиков и получателей шелка, а также стран-транзитеров. По мере развития железнодорожных, морских и авиационных средств перемещения грузов, Великий шелковый путь перестал рассматриваться как наиболее надежный и выгодный путь из Азии в Европу. Однако формально, организационные структуры этого пути продолжали существовать, и страны-транзитеры видели в нем источник дополнительных доходов. В последние годы Китай начал предпринимать действенные шаги по развитию транзита своих товаров в Европу, используя при этом сохранившийся бренд Великого шелкового пути. Из перечня стран-транзитеров по каким-то причинам (скорее экономическим) выпала Россия, хотя по канонам транспортной логистики она вполне подходит в качестве звена логистической цепочки «Великого шелкового пути»
