Abstract

В связи с крупномасштабным промышленным освоением недр северных территорий обострились проблемы сохранения и развития территорий проживания и традиционной хозяйственной деятельности коренных малочисленных народов. В статье производится попытка определить место этнологической экспертизы в процессе проведения экологической экспертизы, процедура проведения которой законодательно закреплена в нашей стране, и каково значение проведения данных экспертиз для коренных малочисленных народов
