Abstract

Автором рассмотрено значение конкурсного отбора при поступлении граждан на государственную гражданскую службу в таможенные органы, как одного из способов обеспечения эффективности государственной службы. В ходе исследования отдельных вопросов конкурса, выявлены проблемы, связанные с неявкой на заседания конкурсной комиссии приглашённых независимых экспертов, с конфликтом интересов на гражданской службе, затронута проблематика толкования терминов «непосредственная подчинённость» и «подконтрольность». ПО ряду изложенных в статье проблем автор излагает своё мнение по их урегулированию
