Abstract

В статье рассмотрены актуальные вопросы классификации типичных следственных ситуаций по преступлениям, совершаемым с использованием банковских платежных карт в зависимости от места совершения кражи и мошенничества. Приведенные в статье мероприятия общего и дополнительного характера помогут сотрудникам следственных органов правильно оценить обстановку расследования указанных преступлений и верно спланировать необходимые проверочные действия
