Abstract

Задача сформулировать предложения по оптимизации досудебных стадий уголовного процесса России. Модель/методология анализ нормативно-правовых актов, регулирующих порядок досудебного производства в России и практики их применения. Выводы сформулированные в статье предложения направлены на совершенствования и оптимизацию досудебного производства по уголовным делам в России. Оригинальность/ценность: подготовленная научная статья содержит дискуссионные вопросы и адресована всем, кого интересует порядок досудебного производства по уголовным делам и пути его совершенствования
