Abstract

В рамках статьи анализируются основные положения двух новых правовых актов Европейского Союза, принятых в начале 2014 г. Регламента № 596/2014 и Директивы № 2014/57, направленных на предотвращение злоупотреблений на финансовых рынках ЕС со стороны их участников физических и юридических лиц. Автором проводится анализ нововведений данных документов, а также сравнительное исследование в отношении ранее действовавших актов ЕС в данной сфере. Указывается, что принятие и реализация новых правовых актов дополняет чисто экономические меры, которые широко применялись до 2014 г. в целях предупреждения финансовой нестабильности административно-правовым и уголовно-правовым регулированием
