Abstract

Задача исследование проблем реорганизации деятельности политической полиции на рубеже двух столетий. Модель/методология анализ подходов и взглядов руководителей жандармерии по вопросам совершенствования деятельности жандармерии. Выводы в статье анализируются особенности понимания руководством Корпуса жандармов проблем реорганизации деятельности политической полиции в изменившихся условиях общественного развития. Оригинальность/ценность данная статья затрагивает проблемы, требующих определенного переосмысления традиционных представлений о консерватизме руководителей правоохранительных структур дореволюционной России
