Abstract

В статье авторами исследуются вопросы оценки эффективности реализации проектов и связанные с этим проблемы, в том числе, с точки зрения, экономического эффекта инвестиций в инновации. Отмечено, что в настоящее время требуется современная методическая база для оценки инновационных проектов, их отбора, организации финансирования и контроля за реализацией. Авторами подробно исследуется коммерческая привлекательность проекта, которую предлагается определять с двух позиций. В статье проводится исследование оценки эффективности инвестиционных проектов в рамках инвестиционного анализа, результаты которого могут быть оформлены в экономическом разделе технико-экономического обоснования или бизнес-плана.
