Abstract

Проведен анализ правового регулирования порядка предоставления ежегодных основных оплачиваемых отпусков по законодательству РФ. Предложены пути совершенствования трудового законодательства в части регулирования порядка предоставления ежегодных основных оплачиваемых отпусков
