Региональный Анализ Финансирования Проектов В Форме Государственно-Частного Партнерства В России

Abstract

В статье представлен анализ данных о количестве и объеме финансирования проектов, реализованных или реализуемых в регионах России на базе государственно-частного партнерства, а также статистическая обработка и анализ данных по проектам. Данная статья может быть интересна экономистам как со стороны государства (на разных уровнях), так и частного бизнеса, поскольку финансирование проектов в форме государственно-частного партнерства в равной степени затрагивает экономические интересы обоих сторон. Также статья может представляет интерес с точки зрения влияния реализации такого рода проектов на общество, то есть с позиции оказываемого социального эффекта, причем в долгосрочной перспективе. Основным результатом исследования является вывод о необходимости осуществления не только экономического анализа на основе статистики по проектам, но также проведения комплексной оценки по нескольким ключевым направлениям, что позволит значительно повысить качество подготовки проектов государственно-частного партнерства в регионах
