Применение Методологии Форсайт И Дорожного Картирования В Издательском Деле

Abstract

Задача. В условиях затянувшегося кризиса в издательском деле и неочевидности дальнейших перспектив требуется найти инструмент для создания рабочего стратегического плана развития отрасли и издательств в частности. Метод исследования. В работе описаны и объединены воедино методологии Форсайт и дорожного картирования, что позволяет эффективно решить задачу планирования для издательской отрасли в условиях перехода на новый технологический уклад и общей неопределенности рыночной ситуации. Выводы. В случае применения Форсайта и дорожного картирования издательская отрасль сможет дать ответ на вопрос, как будут развиваться технологии и общество и в каком направлении следует развиваться в ближайшие десять-пятнадцать лет. Практическое значение. В дальнейшем планируется провести форсайт-исследование и дорожное картирование для ряда издательств для построения стратегического плана развития организаций.
