Abstract

Анализ правового регулирования принудительных мер медицинского характера свидетельствует об отсутствии специальных норм, закрепляющих применение указанных мер к несовершеннолетним. В статье обосновывается предложение законодательно ограничить перечень принудительных мер медицинского характера, которые могут быть назначены подросткам, принудительным лечением у врача-психиатра в амбулаторных условиях и также принудительным лечением в медицинской организации, оказывающей психиатрическую помощь в стационарных условиях, общего типа
