Особенности Ценностной Сферы Личности Ненасильственных Корыстных Преступников

Abstract

Статья посвящена изучению ценностных ориентаций у ненасильственных корыстных преступников, осужденных за преступления против собственности, интересов службы в коммерческих и иных организациях и экономические преступления. В исследование приняли участие 54 осуждённых за ненасильственные преступления корыстной направленности (в возрасте от 20 до 30 лет). Методы исследования: беседа и психологическое тестирование; разведочный анализ; сравнение средних; многомерный дисперсионный анализ (МАNOVA). Статистическая обработка осуществлялась с применением пакет программ SPSS 20.00. Определено, что различия в ценностных ориентациях (высокое материальное положение, сохранение собственной индивидуальности) и стратегиях самоутверждения у осуждённых ненасильственной корыстной направленности влияет на характер совершенных ими преступлений
