Abstract

В статье рассматривается некоторые аспекты унификации терминологии объектов государственной инфраструктуры (потенциально опасных и критически важных объектов), ввиду того, что в законодательстве в настоящее время перечень объектов подлежащих специальным мерам защищённости достаточно широк. Отсутствие единообразия в понятийном аппарате приводит к смешению одной категории с другой, что затрудняет разграничения полномочий специальных органов по обеспечению защиты данных объектов
