Правовое Регулирование Объектов Инновационной Инфраструктуры И Формы Предоставляемой Ими Инновационному Бизнесу Государственной Поддержки

Abstract

В статье ставится задача рассмотреть правовое регулирование инновационной инфраструктуры, которая является неотъемлемой частью национальной инновационной системы каждой развитой страны. Анализируется правовой статус таких объектов инновационной инфраструктуры, как инновационный центр Сколково, наукограды, технопарки, технико-внедренческие особые экономические зоны. Акцентируется внимание на формах государственной поддержки, на которые могут претендовать компании, занимающиеся инновационной деятельностью, а также описана процедура получения льгот и преференций и эффективность их правового закрепления на законодательном уровне. Автор делает вывод о неразборчивой государственной политики правовой регламентации объектов инновационной инфраструктуры и форм, предоставляемых ими государственной поддержки и выдвигает предложения о необходимости ее пересмотра через совершенствование нормативно-правовой базы
