Изменение Общественной Опасности И Последствий Преступлений В Сфере Экономики

Abstract

В статье дается анализ влияния общественной опасности на последствия экономических преступлений. При этом делается вывод о прямой зависимости общественной опасности экономических преступлений от уровня экономики государства и благосостояния населения, что должно влечь за собой формулирование стоимостных критериев ущерба экономических преступлений. При этом предлагается законодателю использовать специальную, авторскую формулу расчета среднего процента роста экономических показателей за год. Полученный результат предлагается использовать в качестве ориентира для изменения стоимостных критериев ущерба в экономических преступлениях.
