Современные Барьеры Инновационного Развития Предприятий Ракетно-Космической Промышленности России

Abstract

Задача: определить основные барьеры, препятствующие непосредственно или косвенно инновационному развитию ракетно-космической промышленности (РКП) России и созданию новых сегментов космического рынка и продуктов. Модель: для решения поставленной задачи, проведена декомпозиция барьеров экономического и технологического характера; использована экономическая парадигма, при которой инновационное предложение создает спрос на космическую продукцию. Выводы: в результате исследования выявлено, что основополагающий выбор преодоления барьеров развития ракетно-космической промышленности сделан в пользу развития инновационности ракетно-космической техники (РКТ). Ценность: работа может быть применима не только для предприятий ракетно-космической промышленности, но и для предприятий высокотехнологичного сектора, а также с позиции государственного заказчика при отборе организаций для осуществления бюджетного финансирования.
