Abstract

Целью написания статьи является выявление и анализ методологических проблем, возникающих в процессе разработки государственной энергетической политики. В работе обобщены и рассмотрены воззрения зарубежных ученых в указанной сфере, таких как В.Квинт, А Боумен. Результатом анализа стала систематизация подходов к разработке государственной энергетической политики, имеющихся в современном литературном пространстве. Последовательно доказана необходимость включения в методологию энергетической политики стратегической компоненты с многовариантным сценарным моделированием, что придает адаптивность и гибкость авторскому подходу. Изложенный в работе материал ориентирован на специалистов, занятых непосредственно в секторе энергетики и для прочих лиц, интересующихся развитием энергетической отрасли.
