Проблема Собственности Пенсионных Страховых Взносов

Abstract

В статье проанализировано действующее пенсионное законодательство Российской Федерации, касающееся вопросов собственности на страховые взносы, уплачиваемые работодателем в Пенсионный фонд Российской Федерации, вскрыто противоречие между социально-экономической сущностью пенсионных страховых взносов, являющихся частью отложенных доходов работника, и закрепленным юридическими нормами правом федеральной собственности на них.
