Abstract

В связи с кризисными явлениями в мировой экономике проблема формирования собственного капитала приобрела в последнее время еще большую актуальность. В настоящей работе рассматриваются проблемные аспекты управления собственным капиталом компании, определены наиболее эффективные системы управления собственным капиталом. Сделан вывод о том, что в современных экономических условиях необходимо создание системы управления собственным капиталом, позволяющей более эффективно предприятиям работать и получать прибыль.
