Abstract

Важнейшей основой правового статуса Уполномоченного по правам человека в Российской Федерации является независимость. Без независимости омбудсмен не сможет выполнять свою высокую роль арбитра между гражданским обществом и государством. В связи с этим особого внимания и анализа требуют проблемы законодательного обеспечения персональной независимости Уполномоченного по правам человека.
