Abstract

В данной статье автор приходит к мнению, что на размер возмещения вреда, а также на обстоятельства, являющиеся основанием для освобождения владельца источника повышенной опасности от гражданской ответственности, помимо умысла потерпевшего, непреодолимой силы, нарушения сроков исковой давности, непосредственно влияет субъектный состав этого внедоговорного правоотношения.
