Информационное Обеспечение Кадастрового Учета В Российской Федерации

Abstract

В статье обосновывается необходимость информационного обеспечения кадастрового учета в Российской Федерации. Автор исходит из того, что в нынешнем состоянии система информационного обеспечения кадастрового учета и государственной регистрации недвижимого имущества практически ни по одному своему аспекту (информационно-технологическому, экономическому, организационному, правовому) не отвечает требованиям, характерным для важнейшего государственного института. В статье предложен комплекс мер по улучшению ситуации (например, создание федеральной спутниковой дифференциальной сети и сервисов предоставления дифференциальной информации и др.).
