О Правовом Режиме Отходов Спиртового Производства

Abstract

В России работает около 120 предприятий по производству спирта из пищевого сырья, которые, должны быть оснащены новым оборудованием по переработки отходов производства (барды). С 1 января 2006 года головная фракция этилового спирта (отходы спиртового производства) признается этиловым спиртом в целях правового регулирования производства и оборота этилового спирта. Проблема утилизации барды образующейся при эксплуатации заводов, производящих спирт является до настоящего времени актуальной проблемой. Утилизация (переработка) послеспиртовой барды и других нежелательных примесей производства биотехнологическим способом обеспечит экологическую безопасность промышленных предприятий, производящих спирт (спиртовые и гидролизные) за счет устранения сброса барды в окружающую среду.
