Abstract

Автором осуществляется анализ существующих в науке точек зрения относительно понятия корпоративных норм, предпринимается попытка их систематизации. В статье проводится сравнительный анализ понятий «корпоративные нормы», «корпоративные правовые нормы», «локальные нормы», рассматривается проблема понимания термина «корпорация» в отечественной юриспруденции, а также сложности, возникающие при его имплементации в Российскую правовую систему. Рассматриваются функции корпоративных норм.
