Abstract

Аннотация: в статье приведен краткий обзор и анализ экономического положения России, ее научного и инновационного потенциала в сравнении с западными странами. При этом автор выделяет важность развития и повышения конкурентных преимуществ регионов России в зависимости от инновационного потенциала. Выделив и обобщив условия и факторы инновационного развития, автор предлагает систему элементов инновационной сферы региона. Кроме того, в статье предлагаются основные пути модернизации экономики региона на основе инновационного потенциала.
