Формирование Политики Социальной Адаптации Молодежи На Рынке Труда

Abstract

На российском рынке труда молодежь остается одной из наиболее социально ущемленных категорий. В то же время именно молодежь является носителем инновационного потенциала страны. В этой связи проблемы молодежной политики, и в первую очередь вопросы социальной адаптации молодежи в трудовом процессе, являются одной из наиболее приоритетных задач государственного развития. В статье предлагается ряд конкретных мер, в том числе и законодательного характера, необходимых для преодоления сложившихся проблем молодежной занятости, а также повышения уровня социальной адаптации данной категории трудовых ресурсов в экономике России.
