Преступность На Море Как Криминологическая Проблема

Abstract

в статье автор рассматривает морские пространства как район совершения разнообразных преступлений, представляющих угрозу национальным интересам прибрежных стран и международному судоходству и ставит вопрос о необходимости выделения криминологического исследования морской преступности в самостоятельную научную проблему. Главным для выделения морской преступности в самостоятельный объект исследования, по мнению автора, является то, что криминологическая характеристика преступности на море не может быть предопределена только формулой национального права, а должна быть детерминирована также нормами международного права и нормами иностранного.
