Abstract

Разработан новый подход к альтернативному развитию сельских территорий и агропромышленного комплекса России. В основе подхода лежит идея создания сельских муниципальных образований смешанного типа (СМОСТ) крупных территориальных единиц с развитой инфраструктурой. Механизм создания СМОСТ предусматривает стимулирование развития, прежде всего, мелких и средних сельскохозяйственных товаропроизводителей, банковской системы в части кредитования сельского хозяйства, всех видов сопутствующего бизнеса.
