Abstract

В статье исследуются вопросы стратегического управления человеческим капиталом: основные понятия и подходы. Констатируется, что в настоящее время человеческий капитал является одним из важнейших факторов производства, а эффективное управление им может стать сильным драйвером социально-экономического развития государства в целом.
