Abstract

Исследованы организация и содержание систем высшего образования основных стран мира, которые прямо или косвенно формируют события, финансовые и экономические решения, принимаемые правительствами этих стран. Показано, что в большинстве стран мира значимость высшего образования возрастает именно в тот период, когда другие общие тенденции ограничивают возможность выбора пути развития и затрудняют надлежащее планирование. Установлено, что внутренние проблемы в рамках одной страны могут иметь последствия международного характера, прежде всего на уровне миграции и распределении международной помощи. В связи с этим инвестиции в качественную профессиональную подготовку коренного населения и иностранной рабочей силы играют важную роль в стратегии каждого государства.
