Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению инновационной экономики России как основы современного экономического роста. Автор анализирует и подробно описывает инновационный потенциал российских регионов. В частности, поднимаются проблемы, приводящие к асимметрии в развитии инновационного потенциала региональной экономики, и вместе с тем предлагаются основные меры по решению названных проблем.
