Ключевые Особенности Деятельности По Созданию И Продвижению Образовательных Услуг С Учетом Потребительских Ожиданий

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются характерные особенности, присущие образовательным услугам, обусловленные спецификой сферы высшего образования, в частности, некоторые их свойства позволяют отнести образовательные услуги к такой категории как доверительные блага. Указана фундаментальная проблема рынка доверительных благ в целом и рынка образовательных услуг – неполнота информации, при которой невозможно достоверно оценить существенные факторы, определяющие процесс предоставления доверительных благ. Показано, что среди оценочных параметров, характеризующих высшее учебное заведение, важнейшее значение приобретают нематериальные составляющие, такие как бренд, квалификация преподавателей, их репутация, общественная востребованность, известность и т.д.
