Факторы Конкурентоспособности Человеческого Капитала

Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрены и проанализированы основные факторы, влияющие на процесс формирования человеческого капитала. Проведены сопоставления данных показателей в России и других страна мира. Доказана необходимость развития не только количественных, но и качественных характеристик человеческого капитала как конкурентоспособного актива. Особое внимание уделено анализу изменения структуры и значимости человеческого капитала в условиях «экономики, основанной на знаниях». Выявлены основные проблемы, влияющие на качественные характеристики человеческого капитала в России.
