Abstract

В статье исследуются проблемные аспекты процессуальной деятельности следователя на этапе предварительного расследования уголовного дела и обосновывается вывод о необходимости нормативной регламентации сроков предъявления обвинения, что в свою очередь будет служить гарантией обеспечения прав не только обвиняемого, но и потерпевшего.
