Abstract

Рассматриваются особенности и проблемы управления структурными подразделениями вуза в новых условиях. Представлены основы авторской методики управления структурными подразделениями вуза, оказывающими образовательные услуги с учетом степени их участия в образовательном процессе. Новизна методики заключается в ее специфических содержательных характеристиках, универсальности, а так же в том, что в ходе расчетов не используются субъективные показатели.
