Abstract

В статье рассматриваются причины, порождающие принятие органами местного самоуправления муниципальных нормативных правовых актов противоречащих федеральному и региональному законодательству, существующие проблемы регистрации муниципальных нормативных правовых актов в региональных регистрах таких актов, и предлагаются пути по совершенствованию действующего регионального и федерального законодательства по повышению эффективности контроля за их законностью.
