Ответственность Перевозчика При Перевозке Грузов: Соотношение Российского И Международного Законодательства

Abstract

Настоящая статья посвящена проблеме ответственности перевозчика в сфере перевозки грузов на основе анализа норм международного и российского законодательства. В работе предпринята попытка классификации норм, регулирующих ответственности перевозчика. Автором анализируется взаимосвязь времени принятия действующих российских нормативных актов в сфере перевозки и степени ответственности перевозчика в соответствии с нормами международного права.
