Abstract

Формирование инновационной (новой) экономики единственно реальный путь решения социально-экономических проблем России и её места в ряду экономически развитых стран. Эффективное использование мировых достижений информационно-технологической революции невозможно без завершения индустриализации. Существуют реальные методы и средства для решения проблем новой индустриализации. Все изменения осуществляет человек. Уровень его образования, экономические интересы и мотивы определяют направленность его общественной деятельности. Политика, направленная на сокращение финансовых затрат в человека и окружающую его бытовую и нравственную среду, основное препятствие в принципе правильного понимаемых задач обновления российской экономики.
